1. Description of Educational Service
AI Math Solver: Step Tutor provides multimodal camera math OCR, PDF worksheet equation extraction, 3-mode step-by-step explanations (Rule Badges, Explain Like I'm 10, and Alternative Methods), interactive 81-point 2D function graphing, 24/7 Socratic step tutoring, practice quiz generation, and 12 US curriculum formula cheat-sheets.
2. US Academic Honor Code & Ethical Study Policy
- Educational Tutoring Purpose: AI Math Solver: Step Tutor is designed as a study aid, homework verifier, and exam preparation tutor. You agree not to use the service to violate your school, university, or testing organization's academic integrity policy during closed-book quizzes, proctored assessments, or standardized exams (such as the College Board Digital SAT, ACT, AP, or GRE).
- Verification Responsibility: While every solution undergoes automated symbolic verification, you remain responsible for reviewing all intermediate steps and units before submitting coursework.
3. Hybrid Credit Economy, AdMob Video Rewards & Google Play Subscriptions
- 15 Free Welcome Credits: Each new device receives 15 complimentary Welcome Credits upon initial verification (3 full math scans, tutor sessions, or practice quiz generations at 5 Credits per action).
- Optional Google AdMob Rewarded Video Ads: Free users may voluntarily watch a short video advertisement to earn +5 Free Credits (up to 6 times per day) or to permanently unlock any of the 9 specialized US Formula Cheat-Sheets for free (0 Credits deducted). Automated click scripts, emulators, or ad-impression manipulation are strictly prohibited.
- Google Play Pro Subscriptions & Credit Packs: Android users may purchase the one-time 100 Instant Credit Pack ($2.99), the Weekly Pro Pass ($4.99/week), or the Annual Pro Plan ($29.99/year) via Google Play Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in the Google Play Store Subscriptions settings.
4. AI-Generated Content Moderation & Accuracy Reporting
In accordance with Google Play AI-Generated Content policies, users can flag any generated math step or tutor response using the 🚩 Flag button inside the app or via our Web AI Accuracy Reporting Portal.
5. Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability
You retain ownership of the homework problems and notes you input. The underlying software, 3D visual assets, 12 curated US formula sheets, and 50 mathematical guides on getaimathsolver.com are the intellectual property of AI Math Solver: Step Tutor. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of specific exam scores or academic grades.
